Technique Intensive

The day begins with a Live Demo by our Masters Technique Educator Raegan Able alongside Masters Technique Mentor Jenn Calloway, directed by Renee McNally and Jasmine Hadjis. This demo allows you to closely observe all the details of an IBE® install, including aspects like bone structure, scalp elasticity, and density.


All stylists will then pair up with fellow classmates for immersive hands-on technique work, installing and receiving a full row. This hands-on practice, combined with help from your educators, offers feedback and troubleshooting on real-life situations we encounter with clients. This is a unique offering at IBE® to not only fully install a row, but get a row installed while receiving peer feedback.
