Texture Education Course

About the Course

This course was designed for you, the stylist. We have felt a disconnect in our industry, from blown out hair with soft waves, to coily texture with massive volume. How can these worlds co-exist? With IBE^®, the possibilities are endless and limitless. Once you have the tools for success, from the physical to the audible, the ceiling has shattered. At IBE^®, we celebrate all wave patterns and textures and we are committed to providing high quality education to you.

This course is available for ANY licensed stylist. It contains 5 modules that cover consultations, color, cutting and styling, with a bonus foundation course for IBE® stylists. You will need to have the IBE® Stylist app in order to watch the courses. You will be automatically added to a forum that will allow for further discussion on all things Texture. The price of the course is $750 and it unlocks the ability to purchase Kitsune Great Wave on 10/24.

Meet Your Educator

After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, Carla pushed further to receive her Advanced Cosmetology degree from Brown Aveda Institute in greater Cleveland. After working five years behind the chair, Carla ventured on her own to open By Carla Marcelle.

Since opening, hair extensions and textured hair has become the focus of her salon vision and has grown into, Frē. Salon and Extensions. Carla’s expertise in hair extensions, hair color, and styling has been commissioned by entertainment producers, athletes, celebrities, and on-air talent across the country. Education for texture has continued to be her industry priority. Creating texture curriculum and co-writing what has become the Mizani Texpert Community ambassador program.
