Introducing our revolutionary 1:1 color coaching program, created explicitly for IBE® Certified Stylists who have completed the Masters Color Course. This program is designed to assist passionate artists like you in continuously evolving and refining your skills. With personalized guidance and probing, you can confidently elevate your expertise, ensuring you stay at the forefront of the ever-changing world of color & extensions.
How Does Masters Color
2.0 Coaching Work?
Similar to Masters Technique, stylists will be submitting photos of specific parts of their technical work in addition to their color work. However, this program will focus less on the number of rows submitted and instead emphasize a more thorough exploration of full head transformations, along with detailed documentation.
In Masters Color 2.0, be prepared for a comprehensive analysis of your artistic vision and execution. Through coaching prompts, we will enhance your troubleshooting skills and further train your eye. We treat each client’s head of hair as a unique work of art. Furthermore, we will provide valuable critique on your placement technical work, ensuring continuous improvement in your skills.
The goal of this 3 month program is to specifically address questions regarding weft color matching and layering techniques, formulating, corrective coloring, and custom coloring.
